Cancellation Policy
- ✓jugaaadi.com believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.
- ✓Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 3-5 days of placing the order.
- ✓The cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to vendors and shipping has been initiated.
- ✓We do not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables etc.
- ✓However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.
Return & Refund Policy
- ✓In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report to our Customer Service team within 3-5 days.
- ✓The request will be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at their end.
- ✓If the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, notify us within 3-5 days.
- ✓If a missing item in a product is reported (e.g., out of 4 items, only 3 were received), then proof of video unboxing (opening the box) is mandatory to refund or replace.
- ✓For products with manufacturer warranty, please refer the issue directly to them.
- ✓Approved refunds will take 3-5 days to be processed to the end customer.
Refund Process
- ✓Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification.
- ✓If approved, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.
- ✓Refund will be credited to your original payment method.
- ✓You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.
- ✓Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.
Important Notes
- ✓Products must be returned in original packaging with all tags attached.
- ✓Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- ✓Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
- ✓Please save all packaging materials until you are satisfied with your purchase.
